Vince Aragona

Founder - CEO at Neo Network Development

Vince Aragona has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry spanning over three decades. Vince founded Neo Network Development Inc. in 2013, focusing on small cell, DAS, and Heterogeneous network architectures. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at ExteNet Systems Inc. from 2004 to 2013, where they were responsible for network engineering, process engineering, and network planning and development. Vince also worked at NextG Networks as a Senior Director of Network Implementation and Operations, overseeing the implementation of the first known commercial outdoor DAS network. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Metricom, PageNet, Arch Communications/Page New York, and Diverse Business Systems, gaining experience in network operations, site development, maintenance, and advanced technology integration. Vince started their career as a Ground Radio Communications Electronics Technician in the United States Air Force.

Vince Aragona attended Schoharie High School from 1979 to 1982, where they did not pursue a specific field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at the Community College of the Air Force from 1982 to 1983, focusing on Communications Electronics Technology.
