Baptiste Broughton has a diverse work experience. From 2013-present, they have been the Co-founder of neo-nomade.com. From 2010-2013, they were the Associate Director of LBMG Worklabs, a startup and consulting firm. From 2006-2010, they were a consultant at Accenture, specializing in Finance & Accounting and custom BPO, Project Management, Process Design & Engineering, Delivery Operations Setup and Stabilisation.

Baptiste Broughton has a diverse educational background. Baptiste obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Kent in 2002. Baptiste then pursued a Master degree in Political Science & Sociology from UVSQ Universit\u00e9 de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 2002 to 2005. Finally, they completed a Master 2 in Sociologie des Organisations from Sciences Po in 2006.
