Rutledge Simmons

Rutledge Simmons is currently the Vice President and General Counsel at NEO Philanthropy. Prior to this role, Rutledge served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel/Secretary at NeighborWorks America for nearly two decades. Before that, Rutledge worked as a Senior Associate at Holland & Knight LLP and as an Associate at Hale and Dorr LLP. Rutledge holds a Bachelor's degree in American History from Harvard University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
