Jordan Hochman

Jordan Hochman is an experienced educator and software engineer currently serving as an Instructor for the iOS Development course at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching 20 students using Swift and SwiftUI. Jordan has also held various teaching assistant positions in scalable computing, discrete math, machine learning, and ethical algorithm design, assisting hundreds of students and developing coursework and grading infrastructure. As the iOS Team Lead at Penn Labs, Jordan co-leads the development of the Penn Mobile app, benefiting over 16,000 students. Additionally, Jordan is an active member of prestigious honor societies, including Tau Beta Pi and IEEE Eta Kappa Nu, and has experience as a Full Stack Engineer for social impact projects while also tutoring in mathematics and computer science. Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania.
