Florin Manole is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and product management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Neo4j since November 2021, Florin focuses on scaling graph database products and integrating generative AI capabilities. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Neo4j, Director of AI & Analytics at Leapwork, and Director of Process Intelligence & Analytics at UiPath, where leadership in AI-driven projects was emphasized. Florin's career began in data management and architecture, with significant tenure at Oracle, UBS, and Betfair. Academically, Florin holds dual MBA degrees from Esade and Aalto University, alongside a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest.
