Fredrik Johansson is the Head of Sales for the Nordics at Neo4j. Fredrik has over 10 years of experience in sales, including big data and fast data. Fredrik has a proven track record of developing sales strategy and leading execution throughout the Nordics.

Fredrik started their career at IKEA as a Productivity Analyst. Fredrik then moved to Oracle Corporation as a Territory Manager. After three years at Oracle, they joined IBM as an Account Manager for Websphere. Fredrik spent three years at IBM before joining Software AG as the Regional Sales Director for the Big Fast Data Division.

In May 2014, Fredrik Johansson joined SAP as a Senior Sales Executive for Big Data. Fredrik was responsible for making Big Data real for SAP customers by providing real-time, real-world results. Fredrik left SAP in September 2015 to join Neo4j.

Fredrik Johansson's educational career includes studying Challenger Sales Methodology at SAP Sales, Global Sales School at IBM Global Sales School, and Sandler, Spin & Infomentis at Oracle Sales. Fredrik holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Paris School of Business and a Master's degree in International Business from Stockholm University.

Their manager is Fawad Zakariya, SVP, Business Development and Corporate Development. They are on a team with Graeme Coffey - Senior Account Executive, Charles Fischer - VP, Sales, Americas, and Kym Mcintosh - Director OEM Sales.
