Jim Webber

Jim Webber currently serves as Chief Scientist at Neo4j, a role held since October 2010. Prior to this position, Webber was Professional Services Director at ThoughtWorks from January 2005 to November 2010 and a Senior Research Associate at Newcastle University from January 2004 to January 2005, focusing on the UK E-Science program and the integration of Grid computing with Web Services. Additional experience includes positions as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Sydney, Architect at Arjuna, and Senior Engineer at HP. Webber earned a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Computing Science, specializing in Parallel Computing, from Newcastle University between 1993 and 2000.
