Tom Geudens

Tom Geudens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering and support across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Neo4j since May 2017, Tom specializes in explaining graph databases and developing training materials. Previously, Tom worked as a Netkernel Specialist for the Departement Omgeving, contributing to the development and support of a NetKernel application for the Flemish Environment Department. Additional experience includes roles as an Operations Engineer at ING Belgium, where Tom provided 3rd level support for Robot Process Automation, and as an Operations Support Engineer at AXA, focusing on ITIL processes and application monitoring. Tom began their career as a Solutions Architect and Trainer at 1060 Research, authoring a book on Resource Oriented Computing and implementing ROC in various environments. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
