Anton Shumskih

Anton Shumskih is a technology leader and co-founder currently serving as the Co-Founder & CTO at Neo since June 2023, where the focus is on providing AI agents to managed service providers to enhance ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Anton was the Head of Engineering at Ultrarev, an early-stage SaaS startup aimed at automating tasks for Sales and Marketing professionals. Anton also held positions as Lead Developer at Pledges.com, where a fundraising platform was built in just six weeks, and as a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Revolut, leading a team in Budgeting and Analytics. Earlier experiences include roles at MegaFon as a Java Software Developer, First BIT as a Java Developer, and Astragifts as a Web Developer. Anton holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Higher School of Economics, obtained in 2015.
