He earned several accolades, such as “Employee of the Year”, “Technical Excellence”, was soon promoted to leadership roles ahead of his peers and managed 40+ people teams only two years into his career. He eventually embarked his journey as a serial entrepreneur in the ever-booming Real Estate industry of NCR by founding Innovions Consulting (real estate brokerage), and Pearl Consulting (financial solutions provider). He also spearheaded the regional operations of Deccan360, logistics arm of the erstwhile Air Deccan, managing East Delhi, South Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Sahibababd regions.
