Alex Jonkers

Alex Jonkers has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry. Alex began their career in 1991 as a Medical Representative for Ciba-Geigy. In 1992, they became a Sales/Marketing Manager for O.P.G. Nederland. Alex then moved on to Sales Manager for Heart Medical Europe in 2003. In 2007, they took on the role of Sales/Clinical Manager Europe for CoreValve Inc. From 2009 to 2016, they worked for Medtronic in various roles, including Sales Director Heart Valve Technologies, Europe, Canada and CEE, Sales Director Catheter Based Therapies Europe, Canada and CEE, Trans Catheter Valves, Sr. Regional Business Manager, TCV International, and Business Development Manager. Alex then joined NeoChord, Inc. in 2016, where they served as Chief Commercial Officer and VP Commercial Operations.

Alex Jonkers attended Hoge School Eindhoven from 1986 to 1987, where they earned a BBIC in Verpleegkunde. Alex then attended Open Universiteit from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Commercial Business Administration.
