Sebastien Cotton

Sebastien Cotton has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and robotics fields since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at CNRS, a Research Scientist at IHMC from 2010 to 2014, and Chief Executive Officer at Robotics Unlimited from 2014 to 2017. Sebastien then joined Magic Leap in 2017 as a Director of System Engineering and Senior Manager of Systems Engineering, and in 2021 they became Director of Robotics Systems at NVIDIA. In 2022 they began their current role as Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Neocis.

Sebastien Cotton obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Avignon Universit\u00e9 between 2002 and 2005. Sebastien then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Montpellier between 2005 and 2007. Lastly, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics from the University of Montpellier between 2007 and 2010.
