Lizzie Starck Williams, PHR®, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Human Resources & Talent at Neocol since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Talent Acquisition at the same company from January 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Neocol, Lizzie worked at 7Summits, an IBM Company, where they held various roles. From March 2021 to January 2022, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Manager from August 2019 to February 2021. During their tenure at 7Summits, Lizzie was responsible for full life cycle recruiting in the Salesforce industry, specializing in building pipelines of passive candidates and networking within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Lizzie also gained valuable experience at ManpowerGroup Solutions, where they served as a Senior Recruiter - RPO; In Partnership with Samsung Austin Semiconductor from March 2016 to August 2019. Before that, they worked at Cardinal Health as a Sr. Specialist from September 2015 to February 2016.

Lizzie'scareer began at ManpowerGroup, where they worked as a Corporate Recruiter - Experis from April 2015 to September 2015, and as an Associate Recruiter/Recruitment and AER Project Coordinator from February 2014 to April 2015. At ManpowerGroup, Lizzie focused on attracting, assessing, and placing specialized expertise in IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, and other industries.
