Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of process engineering. Kapil has held various managerial and leadership roles in different companies. Kapil started their career as a Process Engineer at KUTCH CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LTD in 2003 and then joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Process Engineer in 2006. Kapil worked there for six years until 2012. After that, they worked at Paramount Limited as a Sr Manager from 2012 to 2014. Kapil then joined Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited and served as a Process engineering & Design professional from 2014 to 2017. Kapil later joined Deepak Nitrite Ltd as DGM- Technical Services (Corporate) in 2017 and worked there until 2020. Following that, they held the position of Associate Director Process Engineering at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Kapil worked as GM Process Engineering at Sajjan India Ltd and then transitioned to the role of Asst. Vise President- Process Engineering at Neogen Chemicals Limited in 2023.

Kapil Sharma's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from SSBTs COET. Additionally, they completed their 12th grade education in Science from IPCL School Vadodara.
