Shailesh Kumar Hirani has extensive experience in the chemical production industry, currently serving as Senior Production Manager at Neogen Chemicals Limited since September 2021. Shailesh previously held key managerial positions at Yashashvi Rasayan Pvt Ltd and Meghmani Organics Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing production activities, coordinating plant operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Notable achievements include successful plant recommissioning, achieving near-zero contamination levels, and increasing plant capacity.
