Kacy Norton is a seasoned strategic human resources leader with extensive experience in aligning business and HR strategies to drive organizational results. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations at Neogen Corporation since March 2024, Kacy’s prior roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at MillerKnoll, where responsibilities encompassed the global Corporate Functions, and Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner at Amway, focusing on Global Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing. Kacy began a career in human resources as a Training Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond. Kacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Michigan State University.
