Cathy Glines

Cathy Glines has a long and varied work experience. Cathy began their career in 1991 as a Document Control Manager at Dexide. In 1995, they joined Mentor Worldwide, LLC, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where they held several positions, including Product Development Specialist, Project Coordinator, R&D Administrative Assistant, and Engineering Drafter/Technician. In 2013, they moved to Progressive Laboratories, Inc. as an R&D Project Manager, where they reported to the CEO and managed new product launches and reformulations of existing products. Cathy also cross-trained other departments for dietary supplement labeling and GMP requirements, and created and reviewed internal and contract labels for GMP compliance.

Cathy Glines obtained an Associate in Science Degree, Liberal Science from Dallas College North Lake Campus between 2008 and 2011. Cathy then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with Health Studies and Business Concentration Areas from Texas Woman's University in 2016. In 2008, they also obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
