Kevin Burke

Kevin Burke currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Neogen Corporation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer at Superior Industries from January 2019 to January 2025, a company recognized as a leading aluminum wheel supplier. Kevin also served as the North America Human Resources lead at Valeo, overseeing HR for 19,000 employees across the USA, Mexico, and Canada from March 2018 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes the role of VP of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Lear Corporation, managing HR for 33,000 employees across nine countries from January 2015 to January 2017, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at ITC Holdings Corp., where responsibilities were expanded to include marketing, corporate facilities, and strategic planning from January 2013 to January 2015. Kevin holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University.
