MacIej Winiarski

Maciej Winiarski is a seasoned engineer with a strong background in process optimization and technical development in the food safety and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Neogen Corporation, Maciej focuses on manufacturing process optimization, new technology implementation, and maintaining stable production operations for food safety products. Prior experience includes roles at 3M, where Maciej contributed to optimization projects for mixing processes and compounding technologies, as well as leading a technology transfer initiative to Poland. Maciej's career began with a technical internship at Elica Group Polska. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Wroclaw and an Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
