Samar Michael

Samar Michael, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director of CMC Program Management at Neogene Therapeutics since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Project Manager at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. and Orchard Therapeutics, as well as Project Manager for CMC Operations at Audentes Therapeutics. Samar has a strong background in technical management and process engineering from positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., including expertise in manufacturing processes and process optimization. Early career experience includes microbiology at Hygieia Biological Laboratories. Samar holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, and a certificate in Regulatory Affairs from UC Berkeley Extension.
