Austin Davis

Austin Davis serves as the Senior Director of Compliance and Ethics at NeoGenomics Laboratories, a role commenced in July 2021, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of compliance initiatives across the organization. Prior to this, Austin held various compliance-related positions at Bionano Genomics, Lineagen, and Myriad Genetics, focusing on corporate compliance frameworks, healthcare compliance programs, and privacy policies. Austin's entrepreneurial endeavors include co-hosting and producing the Neck Roots Podcast, which addresses men's mental health, as well as operating FIVE15 Capital, providing debt relief services. Educational background includes a degree in Health Society and Policy from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science from Salt Lake Community College.
