François Bonnardel is a seasoned bioinformatician with extensive experience in developing and managing bioinformatics pipelines and solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatic Pipeline Developer and Solution Architect at NeoGenomics Laboratories, François leads a team focused on achieving project objectives while developing and scaling AWS-based algorithms and pipelines for regulatory-compliant health-related software products. François has held consulting roles at Sanofi Pasteur and IVIDATA, and worked as a Bioinformatician at the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, focusing on lectins and protein classification.
