Sydney Bellinder

Sydney Bellinder, MSOD, currently serves as a Compensation Analyst II at NeoGenomics Laboratories since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sydney held positions at Epiq, starting as a Compensation Analyst and advancing to Senior Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included supporting the global compensation structure across operations in multiple countries. Sydney also contributed as a Senior Human Resources Professional at Sogeti, managing various HR functions and organizational development initiatives, and began a career in financial services with roles at Northwestern Mutual and Waddell & Reed. Academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Avila University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Banking & Finance from William Jewell College.
