Arturo Sierra

Arturo Sierra is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in web application development and systems integration. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Lead at NEOGOV since June 2022, Arturo previously held the position of Sr Lead Software Engineer at ERCO Worldwide since June 2010, where the focus includes strategy and planning for organizational web development. Prior roles include Application Development Manager at BluePrint Systems Inc and Software Engineer positions at Morrison Hershfield and Solectron Global Services. Arturo began their career as a Systems Analyst at Gran Caribe Hotel Group and an Automation Engineer at the Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. Arturo holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering (1991-1996) and a certificate in Applied Machine Learning from Columbia University (2019).
