Jim D. is an accomplished Regional Manager with extensive experience in the engineering and business sectors. Currently, Jim serves at NeoGraf Solutions, LLC, focusing on enhancing product quality since 2020. Previously, Jim held a similar role at BASF from 2000 to 2020, where responsibilities included driving growth strategies, nurturing client relationships, and aligning product offerings with market demands. Jim's leadership experience also includes serving as President of the ICRI New York State Chapter from 2007 to 2012 and a technical role as Associate Engineer at Parsons from 1991 to 2000.
