Manish Doke has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in sales and business development. Manish began their career at Tata Chemicals Ltd. as an Area Sales Manager, where they successfully achieved sales targets and implemented marketing strategies. Manish then joined ICICI Bank Limited as an Area Business Development Head, focusing on signing prospects and managing key relationships. After that, Manish worked at American Express as a Strategic Sales Manager and later as a Manager in merchant acquisition. Manish developed strategic concepts, negotiated pricing, and drove profitable new business for the company. Manish then joined Mastercard, where they served as a Business Leader and Director, specializing in SME sales in South Asia. Currently, they are employed at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. as an SVP and Head of FI Business, responsible for SME business loans.
Manish Doke obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Sydenham Institute of Management, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Before this, they completed their higher secondary education at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in Maharashtra State.
