Dipali Padia

Dipali Padia has worked in various roles in the banking and finance industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Portfolio Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank. Dipali then worked as an Activation Manager at Vodafone from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Business Development Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager at STATE ATM. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Chief Manager of Alliances and Senior Manager of Business Development at Maximus Infoware (India) Pvt. Ltd. Currently, they are an Assistant Vice President at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Most recently, they began working as the Vice President of Banking Alliance & Partnership at Neokred in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for identifying banks who can provide APIs of the products, setting up meetings with the Business Head & Technical person of the Bank, liaising with the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI), developing and implementing strategic plans, co-ordinating the implementation of products & services, overseeing the development of product documents and reports, representing the organisation in negotiations, and handling marketing campaigns.

Dipali Padia obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce, Hons from Bhawanipur Education Society College, from 2006 to 2009. In November 2009, they obtained a NSE Certification in Financial Market from SEBI.
