Matthew Deming

Matthew Deming is a seasoned Product and User Experience Strategist currently serving as a Creative Leader at Neol since March 2024. Prior to this, Matthew held various senior roles at Grainger, including Senior Director of Product Strategy and User Experience, Director of Product Design, and Senior Manager of User Experience, where Matthew spearheaded the establishment of a UX Center of Excellence and founded Zoro's inaugural User Experience team. Matthew's experience also includes leading UX strategy at Bounteous and acting as Principal Product Designer at Raise, while previously serving as UX Manager and Lead UX Architect at Lyons Consulting Group and as Information Architect and Product Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Co. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
