Scott Nazarian

Scott Nazarian currently serves as the Senior Director of Design, Data Experiences at Walmart and holds a position as a Creative Leader at Neol. Additionally, Scott operates an independent design practice, Ground State UX, focusing on product, service, and organizational systems. Previous roles include Principal Experience Designer at Expedia Group, Research Designer at Meta, and Experience Design Director at McKinsey & Company, where Scott emphasized design capabilities within enterprise settings. Scott also contributed significantly to the design community through leadership roles at IxDA, including Executive Producer for the IXD19 conference and board member. Scott's extensive experience encompasses creative direction at frog, where varied initiatives were pursued across urbanism and enterprise software. Scott holds a Master of Fine Arts in Media Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Southern California.
