Scott Theisen

Scott Theisen is a highly experienced Creative Leader with a diverse background in design and strategic direction across various industries. Currently serving as Creative Leader at Neol since January 2024 and as Director of Experience Design at Scott Theisen Design Co since September 2019, Scott Theisen partners with startups, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on experience, brand, and design strategy. Previous roles include Design Director at CFX Labs and Director of Product Design at Northern Trust Corporation, where Scott led significant customer research and product design initiatives. Additional experience includes Group Creative Director at Deloitte Digital, Executive Creative Director at VSA Partners, and Design Director at Froeter Design, contributing to notable design innovations and team leadership. Scott holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona and two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from the University of Iowa.
