Tiffany Chen

Tiffany Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategy & Creative Program Manager at Apple since July 2023, Tiffany focuses on designing learning experiences for global retail leaders. Tiffany also holds the position of Creative Leader at Neol, a community-driven platform that supports creative professionals. Previously, Tiffany was a Design Manager at Reforge and spent over seven years at IDEO, advancing through roles from Environments Designer to Design Director, where significant contributions included leading corporate learning initiatives and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Tiffany co-founded Three South Studio and has also served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. Educational credentials include a Master in Architecture II from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
