Albert Vargas possesses extensive experience in digital technology and graphic design, currently serving as Sr. Digital Lead 3D CAD/CAM Technician and Technical Customer Service Associate at NEOLab since May 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing daily departmental operations, managing 3D model workflow, and addressing customer issues. Previously, Albert held various roles at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, focusing on medical records scanning and quality inspection, and contributed to graphic design at Mass Appeal and other companies. Albert earned a BFA in Graphic Design Illustration from Chester College of New England and holds certifications in communication arts and offset printing.
