Graham Sattler

Graham Sattler has over 13 years of professional experience in product engineering, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, business consulting, and financial management. Graham began their career in 2006 as an R&D and Manufacturing Engineer at Indus Instruments, where they were responsible for mechanical design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical components and finished products. In 2016, they became the Chief Technical Officer and Chief Financial Officer at reNature, Inc., a biotech startup, where they oversaw, optimized, and project managed operations of industrial bioreactor processes and systems. In 2018, they moved to NeoLight as a Manufacturing, Engineering & Business Consultant, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive Design for Manufacturing redesign and optimization plan. Currently, they are employed at West Pharmaceutical Services as an R&D Product Engineering Manager, Process Engineering Manager, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they have project managed a number of technically demanding projects with high customer visibility, developed calculation and organizational tools to improve operational efficiency, and led efforts to close aged project team change control backlog down to zero.

Graham Sattler received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston, as well as a Minor in Mathematics from the same university.
