Siddharth Ganesh

Siddharth Ganesh has worked in various engineering roles since 2015. Starting with a Quality Engineer Intern role at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., Siddharth then moved on to Manufacturing Engineer roles at LCS Controls Pvt.Ltd and Phoenix Technology Group. In 2019, Siddharth took on an Industrial Engineer role at Oregon State University, where they implemented lean and continuous improvement methods to tool/fasteners storage and laboratory equipment, revamping productivity by 30%. Siddharth also streamlined interactions within employee database systems by adding automated features such as training status monitors, condition-based email notifications, using Visual Basic in Excel. Finally, Siddharth is currently a Staff Engineer at NeoLight, LLC since 2023.

Siddharth Ganesh completed their High School at PSBB Senior Secondary School from 1998 to 2010. Siddharth then obtained an Engineer's Degree from Panimalar Polytechnic College from 2010 to 2013. Siddharth then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SSN College of Engineering from 2013 to 2016. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from NASBA and Project Management Institute, including Minitab, Visio Essentials, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Foundations.
