Teng Xiao

Teng Xiao is the founder of Puzzle Caipital, a venture fund focused on strategic partnerships with early-stage startups, where efforts center on enhancing organization efficiency and leadership development for long-term value investment. Teng serves as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for multiple companies including Neolix, Fiture, and NIO. Prior to Puzzle Caipital, Teng held the position of Partner and Head of Research at CAIPITAL GROUP, specializing in building strategic relationships with venture capital and private equity firms. Teng's career began in engineering roles, including a position as Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger, and has progressed through various roles in research and business representation. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central South University and a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
