Ritu Bhatnagar

Ritu Bhatnagar is the founder and managing partner at Neolytix. Ritu has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. Ritu has a proven track record in building and managing successful teams, developing relationships with clients, and improving processes.

Ritu started their career in healthcare as a visiting faculty member at ITS Education Group, where they taught marketing courses. In 2004, they joined CHMB - California Healthcare Medical Billing as a migration and training specialist. Ritu was responsible for coordinating the transition process between the company employees and the vendor(s), developing manuals and instructional documentation, and training and preparing the company employees for the migration process. Ritu also analyzed vendor performance and quality, and strategized process improvement methods.

In 2008, Ritu joined ML Billing as a manager of operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire billing process for new and established clients, building and managing a team of billers, creating and analyzing reports, and nurturing and building client relationships. Ritu was with ML Billing until 2010 when they left to start Neolytix.

Neolytix is a healthcare IT consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations select, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot their EHR/EMR systems. The company also offers data analytics and reporting services to help organizations make better decisions about their care delivery.

Ritu Bhatnagar has an MBA in Marketing from Apeejay School of Management, a Zoology Honors degree from Delhi University, and a Medical Billing certificate from Palomar College. Ritu also has a Senior Secondary degree in Science, Math, and English from Presentation Convent School.
