Isabel Malbois is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer products industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at NEOM since November 2021, Isabel previously held multiple leadership positions at L'Oréal from January 2007 to November 2021, including General Manager for Giorgio Armani UK & Ireland and President of Urban Decay Cosmetics USA. Isabel's responsibilities included brand strategy development, market awareness, and profitability enhancement across various roles. Earlier career highlights include business development at Trulife and product management at Disney Consumer Products. Isabel holds an International MBA from NEOMA Business School and an MBA from Dublin City University, as well as a BA in Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
