Andrew Hilleshiem

Andrew Hilleshiem is an experienced professional in the energy and fintech sectors, currently serving as the Hydrogen Asset Development Manager at NEOM since September 2023, focusing on the development of hydrogen generation assets to support clean energy initiatives. Prior to NEOM, Andrew co-founded OptionAutomator, leading business development and product innovation until transitioning to an advisory role in August 2023. Andrew's background includes significant roles such as Front-End Development Manager at Basrah Gas Company, managing a $500 million project portfolio, and Iraq Technology Manager at Shell, where responsibilities included leveraging technology across operations. Andrew's career began at Shell, with various engineering positions spanning from process engineering to project management, complemented by a degree in Chemical Engineering and Russian Language from Michigan State University.
