Arnau Solà

Arnau Solà is an experienced leader in innovation and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Innovation and Customer Experience at NEOM since January 2021, where Arnau has directed the Innovation Hub's development and execution to create user-centric solutions. Previously, Arnau held the role of Senior Manager for Innovation & Partnerships at NEOM, overseeing program strategy and cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Arnau contributed to digital transformation at Al Rajhi Bank as Senior Manager, enhancing user experiences and operational efficiency. Arnau's career also includes significant project management roles at eDreams ODIGEO and EY, along with event management experience coordinating high-profile marketing events. Educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a recent program at the University of California, Berkeley focused on emerging technologies.
