Benedict Sarhangian

Benedict Sarhangian is the Head of Attraction & Engagement at NEOM's Talent Academy since November 2023, focusing on outreach and engagement strategies to attract learners and develop the future workforce. Prior to this role, Benedict served as the Head of Innovation & Business Development at Debate Mate from October 2012 to October 2023, contributing to an award-winning organization that promotes confidence, communication, and leadership skills. Benedict also had a brief stint as a secondee at Brunswick Group in March 2014. Educational qualifications include attendance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Expertise encompasses marketing, communications, branding, workshop design, coaching, mentorship, youth engagement, and curriculum design.
