Dominik Weihs is an experienced professional in the fields of mobility, innovation, and digital entrepreneurship. Currently serving at NEOM since 2021, Weihs focuses on transforming transportation into a sustainable and seamless experience as part of the Future of Mobility initiative and has also contributed as the Innovation Hub Manager. Prior to NEOM, Weihs worked at KPMG in Deal Advisory, specializing in M&A ventures across Europe and Israel, and provided advisory services in startup financing. As the founder of Spire GmbH, Weihs successfully developed digital business concepts and managed a large user base while establishing partnerships with notable companies. Earlier roles include leadership positions in new ventures at PwC and venture development at innogy Innovation Hub. Weihs holds a Master's Degree in Venture Capital & Private Equity and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Management, along with leadership training from Harvard University.
