Haitham Alfadeel

Haitham Alfadeel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from King AbdulAziz University and possesses professional certifications including GRCP, GRCA, and iPMP. Currently serving as the Lead of Government and Corporate Affairs at NEOM since February 2021, Haitham has previously held the position of Senior Specialist in Government Engagement and Operations. Prior to joining NEOM, Haitham worked at SAMREF Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. from March 2011 to January 2021, where responsibilities included the role of Supervisor in Corporate Affairs.
