Louay Sarrage

Louay Sarrage currently serves as the Director of Operations and Regional Head of Hotel Operations for NEOM Hotel Division since July 2022, contributing to the development of NEOM, a groundbreaking region in northwest Saudi Arabia. Prior experience includes leading hospitality and asset management at SRG Hospitality from January 2018 to July 2022, and serving as Corporate Vice President of Strategy & Development at Roda Hotels & Resorts between June 2015 and December 2017. Louay's career also includes a role as Regional Manager of Strategic Planning for Kempinski Hotels from January 2011 to June 2015, along with previous positions at MYO SA, The Landmark London, and IBM. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL, a Bachelor of Business Administration from HES-SO, and a certificate in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University, complemented by a Professional Certificate in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan School of Management earned in November 2023.
