Maria Pichon

Maria Pichon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand development and quality assurance in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Director of Brand Development in the NEOM Hotel Division since March 2021, Maria has previously held senior positions at NEOM and Emaar Hospitality Group, including Corporate Director of Brand Experience and Group Director of Quality and Brand Experience. As the founder of MP Consultancy and a consultant at LQA, Maria has demonstrated expertise in enhancing brand experiences. Maria's career began at Royal Caribbean International, progressing through various operational roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Management from the University of Essex and an Executive Leadership program from Cornell University.
