Mohammed Haider

Mohammed Haider has extensive experience in data governance, internal audit, and technology-driven solutions, currently serving at NEOM since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing GRC’s data governance and digitization initiatives, as well as implementing internal audit strategies focused on technology and data analytics. Prior to NEOM, Mohammed held the position of Deputy General Manager 2 at HBL - Habib Bank Limited, leading the transformation of audit procedures through digitalization and automation. Other notable roles include Head of Audit at Bank of Ireland, Senior Vendor & Compliance Manager at British American Tobacco, and Audit Manager at Barclays. Mohammed began a career in audit and consulting with firms such as Centrica, Ernst & Young, and PwC, gaining expertise in IT controls and audit processes. Mohammed holds an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from the University of Warwick.
