Nasser Alhamami, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various industries. Nasser has held several key positions, including Senior Talent Acquisition roles at Saudi Airlines and Red Sea Global, where responsibilities included driving end-to-end recruitment processes and preparing vacancy lists to meet organizational needs. Nasser’s career spans several organizations, including Almarai, alfanar Construction, and Salam, with a focus on comprehensive recruitment strategies and team leadership. Currently, Nasser serves as Recruitment Manager at NEOM, overseeing the Talent Acquisition team and enhancing recruitment processes. Nasser holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
