Olaf Hartwig

Olaf Hartwig is a seasoned operations expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Expert at NEOM since August 2022 and an Advisor at Ascalia since September 2019, Olaf also operates JTF Consulting. Previously, Olaf held positions such as COO Managing Director Operations at Robert Bürkle GmbH and Vice President Business Unit Acoustics at STS Group, where responsibilities included full P&L management, process control, factory planning, and digital transformation projects. Prior roles include Head Global Program Management at BORGERS Group and various management positions at Autoneum Holding AG and HP Pelzer Group. Olaf Hartwig holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
