Orlando Vidal serves as the Head of Litigation/Disputes at the General Counsel Office of NEOM since May 2023. Previously, Orlando held the position of Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2016 to 2023 and at Dentons from 2008 to 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP from 2001 to 2008 and as Senior Associate at Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson and Hand from 1998 to 2001. Orlando also worked as an Assistant United States Attorney at the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998 and as an Associate at Pepper Hamilton & Scheetz from 1991 to 1994. Orlando holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London (2011-2012), a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law (1988-1991), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, French, and Comparative Literature from Haverford College (1984-1988).
