Matt Norton

Matt Norton has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Matt started at Action TV as a Grunt before moving on to Citigroup as an AVP, Controller. Matt then joined JPMorgan Chase (BankOne) as a VP, Business/Technology Integration and later as a First VP, National Resource Management and Division CFO. After that, they worked at Ascend One (Amerix Corporation) as an SVP, Head of Operations and at UnitedHealth Group as a VP, Operations & Technology Resource Management and Analytics. Matt also worked at CIGNA Healthcare, where they held the positions of VP, Total Quality & Medical Cost and VP, Claim Operations. Currently, they are the VP, Special Investigations at The Cigna Group. Throughout their career, Matt has shown a strong focus on operational logistics, financial planning, and leveraging data and analytics for efficiency improvements.
