Tarek Baadarani

Tarek Baadarani, CAIA, CPA, currently serves in the Investment Office at NEOM since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tarek held the position of Head of Asset Management at SHUAA Capital from September 2018 to June 2023. Tarek has extensive experience in private equity and investment banking as Vice President at NOMW Capital from March 2015 to September 2018 and served as Senior Advisor in Transactions & Restructuring at KPMG Saudi Arabia from March 2014 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC and Deloitte & Touche in assurance and business advisory, and as a Business Analyst for Ferrari - Sport Motors Group S.A.L. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2024-2025), a Master of Science in Global Finance from Cass Business School (2016-2018), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the American University of Beirut (2006-2010).
